Eliadis founded Probook, an AI platform designed specifically for home service professionals. The company secured the funding from major venture capital firms Andreessen Horowitz and Sequoia Capital. The fresh capital brings Probook's total funding to over $50 million.
The idea came from Eliadis's own experience working in the trades. He noticed that skilled workers like plumbers and electricians spent too much time on scheduling, invoicing, and customer follow-ups instead of focusing on actual jobs. Probook automates these administrative tasks using AI, allowing tradespeople to manage their entire business from a single dashboard.
The platform can handle appointment booking, send automatic reminders to customers, generate estimates, and process payments. It also uses machine learning to predict which jobs are most profitable and when to schedule maintenance visits.
Eliadis said the goal is to give small business owners in the trades the same digital tools that large corporations use, but without the complexity or high cost. He believes many tradespeople are still running their businesses with pen and paper or basic software that does not talk to other systems.
Probook currently serves thousands of contractors across the United States. The new funding will be used to expand the team, improve the AI features, and reach more electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians. Eliadis plans to add support for other trades like landscapers and painters in the coming months.
